Recently, my wife and I had the privilege of meeting Tom Ballard –
β€œπ˜›π˜©π˜¦ 𝘏𝘦𝘒𝘳𝘡 π˜™π˜°π˜€π˜¬ 𝘎𝘢𝘺.” Tom dedicates his life to gathering, polishing, and shaping stones into small heart-shaped reminders, each accompanied by this message: β€œTake Heart; You matter. You are seen and loved. You are enough and always worth it. You are a good person. Your story matters and life is better BECAUSE YOU ARE IN IT.”

Tom’s goal is to share one million of these heart rocks. His simple act of kindness touched our lives – and it can touch yours too. Sometimes the smallest gestures remind us of the biggest truths: we matter, we are loved, and we are not alone.
